Draft — to be reviewed by a lawyer before public launch.

Marketplace role. Travexpedia lists packages created by independent travel agents. The agent is the service provider and is responsible for prices, availability, bookings, payments, refunds and the trip itself.

Trip requests. A trip request is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. The agent confirms availability and the final price with you.

Reviews. Reviews must be honest, about your own trip, and free of abusive or personal content. We may hide reviews that break these rules.

Agents. Agents must give accurate business details and package information and honour the prices they confirm. We may suspend agencies that mislead travellers.
